On the way back home from picking up his 2012 Cayman R, hawkyama found just the right
spot and light to shoot his new car back in January, 2012 - a Shell gas station near I-35. This is
his second Porsche, and second Cayman, and is used primarily for driving on the track.

Thank you, Brad and hawkyama.

Wow! Fantastic.

You know under that lighting, if you slap some big red 4's on the doors and some Kodak livery, it would be a dead ringer for Stirling Marlin's Daytona winning NASCAR racer. :-)

Nice depth of field, and the yellow looks amazing in that light! The red and yellow in the billboard really sets thing off.

Probably the coolest picture of a Cayman all time.

Or, is it a picture of the coolest Cayman of all time?

In either case, WOW!

Too bad that this picture was taken after the launch of the new Cayman because you would have made some $$$ for that shot.

Heck, Porsche would be crazy not to use that photo somehow.

Is that 'just' Speed Yellow? It looks like a custom color in that picture.

Terrific shot
